国际学生学籍管理规定
Regulations on International Students’ Status Management
1、考勤Attendance:
1.要自觉遵守学习纪律，不得迟到早退，不得无故缺课，有事先请假；
1. Abide by school disciplines, not arrive late or leave early or be absent for class,and leave should be asked in advance.
2.因病、因事请假，应提前一天向辅导员请假；
2. When you need to ask leave due to illness or other arrangement,which should be noted to the counsellor one day before the class.
3.为保证正常的教学秩序，迟到早退三次按旷课一次论处；
3. To ensure normal teaching order, three late arrivals or early departures will be considered as one absence.
4.累计缺课时数（含请假、旷课）每学期不得超过35节（70学时）,否则取消其结业、毕业证发放资格；
4. If the total absent class hours including leave asking class hour during the term surpass 70 hours, the diploma will not be issued.
5.一学期因病、事假累计达到八周者，学校将对其劝退。因病、事假不能坚持学习并提出申请者，可以休学。休学期限最多一年。凡到期不能复学者，以自动退学论处；
5. If you cannot attend class for 8 weeks during one term, the school will ask you leave. If you apply temporary suspension due to illness or other arrangement, you can be granted one year leave at most. If you do not show up in time, it will be considered as withdrawal.
6.国际学生享受我国的节假日及学校的寒暑假。学生本国的重大节日学校不予放假，如学生请假，可酌情准假，但不补课。此种请假，每学年不能超过两次，每次一至三天。
6. Overseas students enjoy Chinese holidays and vacations. There are no holidays here for overseas holidays; you can ask leave, but no class to make up for your absenteeism. Moreover, within one school year you cannot ask leave more than two times for celebration of your holiday, and each time only 3 days are granted at most.
7.国际学生假期期间外出，离开本市者，需到公寓管理员处登记，告知所去地点及归校时间。
7. When you leave the city during holidays, you must register in apartment keeper’s office, and write down clearly the place you will go and the time return.
备注：缺课较多的学生，由国际教育学院配合辅导员对该学生进行教育，如果仍不见其改好，累计超六周即勒令退学。
Note: As regards those students frequently absent, School of international education office will cooperate with the student’s counsellor to do some persuading work, if it doesn’t work, after the absent period reaches 6 weeks, you will be asked to leave school at once.
2、中途退学Drop Out:
国际学生可于每学期开学前三日内向国际交流处提交申请退学（必须本人提出），经国际交流处同意退还其全部学费；若三日后再提出申请，将不予与退还。学生提出申请的前提下保留其学费1年，若一年内该学生不到学校继续学习，则不给予保留。（学费不可转赠他人）
Only when the withdrawal is submitted three days prior to opening of the term (and it must be from the student himself), Department of Foreign Affairs office will consider to refund the full tuition fee; otherwise the intuition fee will not be refunded or transferred to other student, but will reserve their place for only one year under the student’s application.
3、离校Leaving School:
1.国际学生离校（转学、休学、退学、毕业）须提前通知到国际教育学院，并退还图书和学生证，离校当日由宿舍管理员检查房间物品，收回房间钥匙。
1. Overseas students should notify School of International Education in advance on conditions of school transfer, suspension, withdrawal, or graduation. Overseas students should return library card and student card. On his leaving day, the apartment keeper will check apartment, take back the key.
2.应离校的国际学生，须在接到通知之日两周内离校；
2. Students should leave school within two weeks after receipt of leaving information.
3.学习期间国际学生离开新郑或出境，须向国际教育学院报告，并向任课老师和辅导员请假。
3. When you leave Xinzheng or leave China during the school term, you should report to your counsellor and ask leave from your teacher.
